National Flight Log Submission

Thank you for making a donation to the National Flight Log through the National Museum of Naval Aviation Foundation.

You the “Donor” can make this donation for another person “The Honoree” or for yourself. A minimum of $50 dollars is required to make your entry into the National Flight Log, although any additional donations are appreciated and encouraged. Your generous donation helps the Foundation to preserve the rich history of Naval Aviation.

To submit information about the honoree, please click on each of the tabs and carefully fill out the information requested. The more complete and detailed your answers the more interesting your entry will be. You can save your changes during your browser session but you cannot come back later and edit your entry. You can upload two pictures.

Once you have completed your entry, press the “Submit” Buttonbutton at the top of any page. You will then be redirected to a secure website to make your credit card payment. You will receive an email confirmation if your payment is successful. Your entry will be reviewed and approved by a Foundation staff member. Photos will be cropped to best fit on the website. You may be contacted by the Foundation to get additional information or to clarify your entry.

Once your entry is approved, the honoree’s profile will be displayed on the National Flight Log website (nfl.navalaviationmuseum.org). Please allow one to two weeks for your entry to be reviewed and approved.
